This winter, an innovative Design Thinking and co-creation training brought together Developers from MIKI, Psychoteraphists from UKSH ZIP and Gamification experts from CAU Digital Marketing to develop a mental health project for teenagers in Kiel. The collaborative initiative marks a significant step forward in addressing youth mental health through interdisciplinary partnership and human-centered design.
The training emphasized co-creation methodologies and cross-functional collaboration, enabling team members to combine their unique expertise in healthcare, digital communication, and youth services. Through structured Design Thinking workshops, participants explored innovative approaches to supporting teenage mental health in the Kiel region.
